What Sets Me Apart

I don’t offer quick fixes.

I offer sacred rhythm.

My work lives at the intersection of psychotherapy, nervous system science, astrology, and ritual.

It’s grounded, mystical, trauma-informed, and exquisitely attuned to who you’re becoming.

I hold space for women in transition—those standing between no longer and not yet.

Not to push them forward, but to help them return inward.

To meet themselves with presence, softness, and devotion.

I’m not here to pathologize your pain.

I’m here to honor it as part of your unfolding.

This is not just therapy. Not just coaching.

This is sacred re-patterning.

This is the art of becoming.

How We Can Work Together

Depth-Oriented Holistic Counseling

A safe space for trauma healing, anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions—offered virtually or in-person in Niwot/Boulder.

Astrology Consultation

A grounded space to explore your birth chart through a healing lens. These sessions connect planetary patterns to your emotional landscape, offering insight, regulation tools, and support for living with more clarity and self-trust.

Inward Bloom
a 3-Month Coaching Journey

A signature 3-month coaching journey open to clients worldwide. Weaving together astrology, nervous system tending, ritual, + soul-rooted guidance for a deeper return to self.

I’m Michelle,

Holistic therapist, trauma-informed guide, and founder of Satori Sky Counseling.

I specialize in helping women, young adults, and deep feelers move through anxiety, life transitions, relational patterns, and the lingering impact of trauma. My approach is integrative and mind-body based, weaving together evidence-based therapies like EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy with mindfulness, creativity, and a deep respect for your inner wisdom.

In our work together, we’ll slow down and listen closely—to your body, your story, your truth. We’ll explore the roots of what’s holding you back, gently unwind old patterns, and create space for clarity, connection, and self-trust to emerge. Whether you’re moving through a big life change, navigating burnout, self-doubt, or a sense of being “stuck,” or are just struggling to feel like yourself, I offer a compassionate space to help you heal, rewire, and grow.

In addition to therapy, I also offer Inward Bloom, a soul-centered coaching offering for those craving a more structured transformative journey during a life transition, and those who are longing for deeper meaning, rhythm, and embodied self-trust. Blending psychology, somatics, astrology, and ritual, this space is designed for clients who are ready to soften old identities and bloom into a more aligned, liberated version of themselves

If you’re looking for a therapist + guide who will meet you with warmth, depth, and a deeply embodied, trauma-informed approach—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

The Process of Therapy

Step 1

DISCOVERY CALL

This initial conversation is a crucial first step to understanding your needs and goals.  During the discovery call, we'll discuss your concerns, review your desired outcomes, and answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process.  This call allows you to get to know our approach and determine if working together is a good fit for your unique needs.

Step 2

INITIAL SESSION

Following the discovery call, your first session will serve as a deep dive into your current experiences.  We'll explore the challenges you're facing, discuss your history, and develop a shared understanding of your personal narrative.  This session will be an opportunity to build rapport and establish the therapeutic framework that will guide our work together.

Step 3

ONGOING SESSION

We'll begin each session with grounding, mindfulness , and guided meditation to help you cultivate a sense of calm and self-awareness. This foundational practice creates a safe space for exploration and allows you to connect with your inner resources.  We'll also incorporate inner child healing work to address any unresolved emotional wounds from the past.  You will explore past experiences in a supportive environment, fostering emotional regulation, and ultimately promoting personal growth.

Ready to begin a journey of healing and self-discovery?

Taking the first step can feel vulnerable—but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re craving clarity, a deeper sense of connection, or a better understanding of yourself, I’m here to offer thoughtful, personalized support rooted in compassion, presence, and nervous system wisdom.

*Currently, I’m offering therapy sessions virtually to clients across Colorado, and walk-and-talk sessions on a limited basis in the Boulder County area (including Niwot, Longmont, and nearby trails). These outdoor sessions allow for gentle movement, fresh air, and a grounded connection to your inner world in nature’s holding.

Since 2020, I’ve found that telehealth creates surprisingly powerful space for healing. Clients often appreciate the flexibility, comfort, and depth that emerge when therapy meets you where you are—whether that’s from your couch, your car, or a quiet trail. Many are surprised by how natural and effective virtual sessions feel, and how seamlessly they fit into busy rhythms.

What guides my work…

“There is really only one way to restore a world that is dying and in disrepair: to make beauty where ugliness has set in. By beauty, I don’t mean a superficial attractiveness, though the word is commonly used in this way. Beauty is a loveliness admired in its entirety, not just at face value. The beauty I’m referring to is metabolized grief. It includes brokenness and fallibility, and in so doing, conveys for us something deliciously real. Like kintsukuroi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with powdered gold, what is normally seen as a fatal flaw is distinguished with value. When we come into contact with this kind of beauty, it serves as a medicine for the brokenness in ourselves, which then gives us the courage to live in greater intimacy with the world’s wounds.”
